Tamarind House is a four bedroom villa located on the Anse Chastanet Road near Soufriere, St. Lucia. It has a main house with three bedrooms and an additional cottage. Guests can rent the main house only or the main house and cottage. Tamarind House is Covid Certified and Verifed by the Government of St. Lucia. Amenities
Tamarind House is a unique villa vacation rental with a large pool and includes staff. It is furnished with beautiful West Indian antique furniture and includes four poster beds in every bedroom. The master bedroom main house has a king bed. The second bedroom main house has a queen bed. The children's bedroom has a double and a single four poster bed. The separate cottage suite has a king four poster bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sinks and toilet. The living room has high speed wifi. There is a DVD player and TV screen in the living room. It is possible to stream Netflix . A wifi music player is provided to play from your phone or device. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and other fans in addition to the open air windows and doors which capture the breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and appliances including a washer and dryer. Pool towels are provided and all linens. There is a gas/charcoal BBQ for guests to use. Staff cook and clean Monday to Saturday from 9am - 3pm. They will cook breakfast and lunch at no additional charge. Dinner preparation is $10 per person . If the staff do the grocery shopping, there is a 15% service charge on the bill. The villa is not rented without staff. There is pool cleaning and a caretaker. Food and transportation are not included in the rate. Arrival shopping and an arrival meal can be arranged. A taxi can be arranged for your transfer to the villa.

RATES
Jan 2025 - April 2025 high season main house only $1100 per night for 2-4 people. Main house and cottage $1400 per night for 6 people. There will be an additional charge of $50 per person per night for 7-8 adults in the group. Maximum number of guests is 8. There is an additional cleaning charge of $150 added to all bookings. There is a 5 night minimum in the high season.
Low season 2024 and 2025 May 1st - December 9th
2-4 adults in the main house is $600 a night. Four night minimum.
5-6 adults in the main house and cottage $800 a night.
Thanksgiving week Nov. 20th - 26th is $1000 a night. There will be a charge of $50 per person per night for more than 6 people in the house. Maximum number of guests is 8. There is a four night minimum and a $150 cleaning fee added to all bookings.
